PropsBot.AI takes accuracy seriously. This page explains how we handle errors and updates on published content.
Reporting an error
If you notice an error in a published pick, prediction, or factual claim, email david@propsbot.ai with:
- The URL of the affected post
- A description of the error
- A source for the corrected information (if available)
We respond to correction requests within 24 hours.
Distinction: corrections vs. updates
Corrections address factual errors at time of publication — incorrect player names, wrong line values at publish time, miscalculated implied probabilities, or misattributed sources.
Updates reflect new information that emerged after publication — line movement, late injuries, weather changes, or scratched players. Updates are noted with a timestamp and a brief summary of what changed.
Correction process
When a correction is required:
- The original content is amended in place.
- A correction notice is added inline at the location of the error, formatted as: “Correction (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM): [brief description of what changed]”
- The post’s
dateModifiedis updated to reflect the correction time. - Material corrections (changing the recommended pick, the published line, or the win/loss outcome of a tracked bet) are also added to the Corrections Log.
Outcome reporting
PropsBot.AI tracks the win/loss outcome of every published pick. If a pick’s outcome is later revised (for example, due to a sportsbook scoring change or stat correction), the change is noted and reflected in the public track record.
